Just a note to let you know how satisfied I am concerning my recent service. It happened to be the hottest weekend of the year. From the time I called until the completion of my service, it was less than two hours. The timeliness, professionalism, and quality of work displayed by Mike was second to none.
I just wanted to tell you that my experience with Keith, Dave, Mike, and your office staff was excellent. They are all very professional, courteous, and do excellent work and clean up daily at the end of the job. I want to thank you for sending your repairman to fix my furnace so quickly. It was very cold that day and he knew what was wrong right away. He said he would be back when it was warmer and we have had a few of those days. He sent another man last week to get under the house and do the work. Thank you and these men for getting the heat back on and doing the repair work.
There have been several times where I needed these guys and even before we were regular customers, they would come out on weekends and nights to get us heat. Today, in all this slop of snow, my dad’s furnace quit and he didn’t have heat. One call later and Mike put us on his list (it was a long one as you can imagine) and came out to fix my dad’s heat. These folks are serious about customer service and it shows. I would recommend these folks for any heating and cooling needs. Awesome job guys, thank you.

Yesterday afternoon, my AC starting leaking water and it was dripping through my doorway. I.called for service and they had it fixed within an hour – on a weekend. These service guys are working so hard during these hot days and are always so efficient. Plus, you are left understanding the problem and fix. Thank you so much!

At the end of last summer, our entire HVAC unit went out. I called at least five HVAC places in Salisbury and was not happy with the quotes I was given, or the proposed solutions to getting my old air handler out from under my house and getting the new one in. I came across Mid-Atlantic by accident. I saw one of their guys in uniform at my son’s soccer practice, I told him what I had going on and he said he’d come by and check it out. In the end, his quote was nearly half of what my lowest quote had been and they were able to get the work done very quickly. I have recommended them to multiple friends and even connected them with my in-laws to fix a problem a competitor had created but refused to fix. Everyone I know who has used them has been as completely satisfied as I am.

Our experience with Lynn and Mark at Mid Atlantic Heating and Air was fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward.
